Bongards' Creameries is a vertically integrated, farmer owned dairy processor and marketer. Bongards’ process begins with the highest quality milk from our farmer/owner, processing it into the highest quality premium cheese and whey products. Much of Bongards cheese is then taken to one of our two processing facilities to be converted into great tasting, high functioning processed cheese to meet our customers’ highest expectations. Bongards whey products utilize a cold filtering process in order to separate out key components in order to provide highly nutritional offerings for both the food and feed markets.
