United Dairymen of Arizona is a member owned dairy cooperative founded in 1960. Our members produce approximately 90% of the milk in Arizona, over 4 billion pounds (1.76 billion liters), for use in local fluid drinking milk, ice cream, infant formula, cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and yogurts. The balance of the milk supply each day is converted into milk powders, lactose, butter, condensed skim milk and fresh cream.
