As part of the Lauridsen Group (LGI), we have access to a state-of-the-art lab, test kitchen, and pilot plant, along with a global team experienced in virtually every food application. We support our customers with technical and analytical expertise, formulation assistance, prototype development, regulatory guidance, and logistics services.
Our advanced drying process ensures higher total solids, excellent solubility, and a free-flowing, non-caking powder that incorporates seamlessly into formulations. VersiLac® has a mild, clean dairy flavor with a balanced sweet and savory profile, making it ideal for bakery, confectionery, beverages, dairy, and prepared foods.
In addition to our standard permeate, we offer two low-mineral options:
VersiLac® LM7 – A low-mineral whey permeate with enhanced flavor, functionality, and cost efficiency.
VersiLac® LMS – Our lowest-mineral whey permeate, featuring a sweeter flavor profile for specialized applications.
