Finding a U.S. dairy supplier or service provider is easy! Here are a few tips on how to optimize your search. Make sure to also review the Common Questions area before you start your search.

The directory may be searched two different ways:

1. By dairy product or service
2. By company name

Searching by Product or Service:

Step 1: Select a Category   

This directory allows customers to search for dairy product suppliers as well as service providers (financial and logistics).

To get start, choose from the following categories:

• Butter & Milkfat
• Cheese
• Dairy Desserts
• Lactose
• Milk & Cream
• Milk Powders
• Milk Proteins
• Permeate
• Whey Proteins & Ingredients
• Yogurt & Fermented Products
• Other Dairy Products
• Service Providers

Step 2: Select a Product(s) or Service(s), Attribute(s) and Certification(s)

You may filter your search by product(s)/service(s) alone, or also include a variety of attribute and certification filters. Click on the boxes to select the desired Product(s), Service(s), Attribute(s) and Certification(s). To unselect, just click again on the desired box. 

• Within each category are corresponding Dairy Products or Services. For example the Butter & Milkfat category covers products such as 80%, 82% and 83% butter, butter powders, butteroil/AMF, compound butters, concentrated milkfat, fat blends and ghee.
• The Attributes are the characteristics of each product. Using Cheese as an example category, the Attributes include Shredded, Flavored, Low-fat, Block, etc.
• Certification options are Halal, Kosher and Organic.

You may select as many Products, Attributes and Certifications within a Category as necessary.  

When you are satisfied with your selections, click the  button at the bottom of the page to obtain the search results.   

Step 3: Review the Search Results   

The Search Results page displays a listing of USDEC member companies that match your criteria. To view a company's complete details, click on . The directory, when the information is available, will now show the name of the relevant contact within the company you selected along with contact details including phone number and email. To view the specific details of a contact, click on the  sign next to the name. The page will also display all the products the company offers beyond what you have specifically researched.   

Your search is now completed, and you may now contact the suppliers of your choice.

Searching by Company:

The search by company function is organized alphabetically. To browse all the pages, click on  to get to the next page. Once you have selected a company, you will be able to view all of the company details included all products and services offered, contact persons with phone numbers and emails (when available).
